With over a decade of experience in food & beverage operations and project management, Glenn specializes in launching new restaurants and hotels, optimizing point-of-sale systems, and executing large-scale hospitality operations. As the founder of Euphoric Collab LLC, he provides comprehensive F&B operational support, from menu engineering and beverage program development to staff training and process optimization.
Notable Hospitality Experience
Glenn’s career includes leadership roles at St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, W, JW, Westin, Renaissance, Sheraton, Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels, where he has successfully opened and rebranded multiple restaurants and hotel F&B outlets. Glenn has led large-scale operational rollouts, developed beverage programs, and managed high-volume banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Beyond daily operations, Glenn has a deep expertise in point-of-sale implementation, including Micros Simphony, Aloha, and TOAST, providing programming, training, and system optimizations to improve efficiency. He thrives in fast-paced environments, overseeing multi-million-dollar operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.
